How SIM works

From free trial to daily control in a few clear steps.

SIM is built to help a shop owner move from paper notebooks to real-time sales and inventory records without a complicated setup.

Create your account

Click Start Your 1-Month Free Trial and create your SIM account inside our secure app. Authenticate securely with your Google account in just one click.

Add your business profile

Enter your unique shop name, precise location, phone number, WhatsApp contact info for alerts, and choose your main business category.

Add products and stock

Add the exact products you sell, set their retail selling price, log your wholesale cost, and enter the quantity you currently have in stock.

Invite shopkeepers

Give each shopkeeper their own secure account so sales are connected to the right person. Assign them as a "Shopkeeper" or "Admin".

Record daily sales

When a product is sold, just select the item and the quantity. The sale is recorded with the total amount, time, and seller, and inventory updates automatically.

Monitor from your phone

Check live daily sales, monitor shifting inventory levels, review low-stock alerts, and track individual staff activity from anywhere.

During the day

Shopkeepers record sales as they happen. Inventory moves with those sales so the shop owner sees a clearer picture.

After closing

The owner can review sales, compare records, and see which products are low before the next business day.

After the trial

The app sends the Owner to billing. The marketing site does not process payments or add billing logic.
