What SIM does
SIM helps shop owners track sales, inventory, shopkeepers, business records, and billing status inside the SaaS application at https://app.sim.app.
Marketing site data
The public marketing site is static and does not add Firebase Auth, Firestore, protected dashboard pages, or billing logic. If contact forms are added later, the policy should explain what information is collected.
Application data
When users create an account in the SaaS app, business data may include shop name, location, products, stock quantities, sales records, shopkeeper accounts, and billing status.
Business privacy
SIM is designed around separate business accounts and role-based access. Users should only access records connected to their business and role.
