Paper notebooks are familiar, but they can be lost, damaged, or changed. SIM gives you a clearer daily record.
Do not change everything in one day
Start with your most important products and the sales process. Let the team learn the new routine.
Add your products
Add product names, prices, and starting stock. Use simple names your shopkeepers already use.
Record sales as they happen
Instead of writing sales in a notebook, record them in SIM. This creates a time-based sales record.
Review the dashboard
At the end of the day, check:
- Total sales
- Products sold
- Recent sales
- Low-stock items
- Active shopkeepers
Keep paper only as backup at first
If your team is nervous, keep the notebook for a short transition period. After SIM becomes normal, the notebook should become less important.
